Information We Collect
We collect your mobile phone number during registration to identify your account. We also store reminder messages, reminder times, and acknowledgement status for reminders you send or receive.
How We Use Your Information
Your phone number is used solely to identify you within the app and to allow other registered users to send you reminders. Reminder data is used to deliver alerts and track acknowledgements.
Data Storage
All data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Authentication). We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Push Notifications
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver reminder notifications to your device. FCM tokens are stored against your account solely for this purpose.
Contacts Access
The app requests optional access to your device contacts to make it easier to add recipients when creating reminders. Contact data is never uploaded to our servers and is only read locally on your device.
Crash Reporting
We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymous crash reports. These reports help us identify and fix bugs. No personally identifiable information is included in crash reports.
Your Rights
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account Security. Deleting your account removes your profile from our systems. Existing reminders linked to your account will no longer be associated with an active user.
